About Rovendale

Donny and Brenda Rovenolt, a husband and wife team, are pleased that Rovendale Ag and Barn is a trusted resource for all farming and agricultural needs in central Pennsylvania. We still offer many of the quality brands we carried in 1992 when we opened the store. And, to more completely serve our customers, we added many new manufacturers of quality equipment and parts. Our inventory of manufactures includes Yanmar, Bush Hog, Berg, Jamesway, Dryhill, Westfield, Rissler and New Holland.

The Rovendale Team is trained and ready to meet the needs of our customers. We are confident that our dedicated, trained staff will go above and beyond to be certain you have what you need, whether parts, equipment or service, we are here to help you! We know that farming happens at all hours and so does the need for competent, reliable people to partner with you to get the job done. Our on-call service team is available for farm emergencies when you need us.

We service equipment! Our 6,300 sf. shop allows us the space to repair your equipment. Our investments in staff training and certifications allow us to provide the highest level of service possible. Our dedicated employees skillfully determine and fix problems, allowing you to get back to work as quickly as possible.

We have been awarded New Holland’s Service Award for product sales and service for the past several years. In addition, New Holland has made Rovendale’s the authorized New Holland dealer in the Mill Hall, PA area. We look forward to meeting new faces and serving your needs in this new territory.

In 2011, Donny and Brenda opened a store in Wysox, PA so they could more conveniently serve the northern tier. Our customer focused top notch service and equipment is evident at our Wysox, PA location. In an ongoing effort to meet the needs of our customers and friends, we are actively adding new and used equipment at this location.

Donny Rovenolt

Donny Rovenolt, Owner

“I have always tried to take care of my customers.” With this philosophy and the actions to back it up, it is no wonder many of Rovendale’s customers have turned into friends. Owner Donny Rovenolt knows them well. He has climbed their silos, fixed their tractors, and helped them feed their cows. Donny has also had the blessing of watching their families grow and farms in central Pennsylvania prosper.

Donny’s parents, Donald and Peggy Rovenolt, had a dairy farm and started Rovendale Supply in 1972. Donny joined the family business full-time in 1979 and learned its ins and outs. “I know every inch of the business,” he said. Then, in 1992, Donny and his wife, Brenda, opened Rovendale Ag and Barn. They still have many of the same lines (Jamesway and Berg) as the original supply store carried, but adding the New Holland tractor line to their inventory has been a real blessing. “I wanted a good name that had a good reputation. New Holland was a natural choice. I know that we and our customers can count on this product. It is easy to sell something that I know works!”

Over the years, Brenda Rovenolt has worked shoulder to shoulder with her husband. She shares Donny’s dedication to their customers. “Farming is a 24-hour job. Our customers work long and hard. We want folks to know that we stand behind them. We owe it to them to be available and helpful; even if it is after closing hours.” Brenda points out that she and Donny could not have done it alone. Rovendale has many dedicated employees, several who have been with Rovendale’s for many years. In fact, three of Donny and Brenda’s sons work in the business. “We know our employees are as devoted as we are. They share our work ethic, which gives Donny and me real peace of mind. It is great knowing our customers are in good hands.”
